Refunds & Returns Policy 

 

Change of Mind Returns 

Because our bottles are customisable, pre-order items, we do not accept change of mind returns. 

 

Faulty or Damaged Items 

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost. 

Email us within 2 days of delivery with order number + photos. 

 

  

Refunds 

Refunds are offered for: 

• Manufacturing defects   

• Items damaged in transit   

• Stock issues   

• Orders cancelled before dispatch 

  

Lost or Missing Parcels 

We open a Sendle or Australia Post Express investigation. If confirmed lost, we replace or refund.
