Who We Ship With 

All orders are delivered using Sendle (Standard) and Australia Post (Express), a 100% carbon-neutral courier service. 

Every bottle is securely packed in a box and shipped in a satchel or box. 

Pre-Order Shipping  (promotional and special orders)

Pre-orders are sent to our manufacturer once the promotional period ends.
Production and shipping to our Sydney location takes approximately 15-20 days,
followed by dispatch to you.

By placing a pre-order, you agree to the stated waiting period. 

Shipping Rates 

Shipping rates will be automatically calculated at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes (Sendle Courier Network) 

• Sydney Metro: 1–3 business days   

• Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide: 2–5 business days   

• Regional Areas: 3–7 business days   

• Remote Locations: 7–14 business days   

Order Tracking 

All parcels include Sendle tracking. You’ll receive a link via email.
